30-45 minutes Pilates

30-45 minutes may seem like a short class but you will be surprised what you can achieve in this period of time! Our classes will take you through a full body workout- improving your breath, stretching and opening your body, making you stronger and fitter and also improving your focus and hopefully leaving you feeling better mentally and emotionally.
