Rachel has been practicing yoga since 2001 and teaching full-time since 2007. After becoming intrigued by the impact yoga was having on her life, Rachel decided to embark on a long trip to India to complete a teacher training with the Sivananda Yoga centre in Kerala in 2005 and an Ashtanga Yoga teacher training in 2006. Between both teacher trainings, she spent her time in Mysore and Goa practicing hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga and pranayama
