Ashtanga Yoga Class 1069
This class covers parts of the Ashtanga Primary Series. Following the traditional poses at the beginning of the class, Rachel will take you through some deep stretches such as the Wide-Legged Forward Bend and the Seated Half Bound Lotus pose. The class then offers a strong back-band focus with the Wheel (half or full) and a lovely inversion in the form of the shoulder stand.
