Hatha Yoga Class 1261
A slow flowing class that starts with gentle chest stretches and progresses to a sequence of standing postures that mobilise and stretch the muscles (especially the back of the body) and awaken and stimulate the flow of energy throughout. If you have tight Hamstrings please grab a few yoga blocks.
