Mindful Movement Class 1274
A more challenging practice that incorporates stillness, slow movements and a big chunk of Mindful Walking within it. Mindful Walking is an excellent way to bring mindfulness into your everyday life, as you can take it with you everywhere by just slowing down and paying attention to how you walk at home, in the office or outdoors. Make sure to practice in a space to allows you to walk freely in a wide enough circle.
