Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1175
In the class Liz takes you through a sequence she calls “Lean into the Wind”. The sequence builds up strength and mobility to enable the warrior poses “lean into the wind”, suggesting this can help us embody the real sense of the warrior. In Liz’s words- “rather than hide from things, we lean into them… engage… connect and even move into our fears. This is a strong and beautifully flowing session. Enjoy
