Pilates Class 276
This class offers variations and modifications to many of the exercises, that make the exercises appropriate and doable to the Basic level practitioner. The class is simple and easy to follow and covers the whole body from top to toe.

Fantastic class with great imagery. The queues amit gives here are excellent and really helped my get more out of the exercises. Also great 'Elephant' exercise towards the end that made me shake all over :)
