Fun, Flowing and Fierce class, inspired by the repertoire of the classical reformer. For the first exercise you can use an Over-Ball or a big cushion. For the rest of the class plenty of energy and enthusiasm :)

Not sure why the mat was not used in the standing postures. The feet were placed outside of the mat giving a lot less support

Hi Rose-Marie. The Mat we used for filming this class is a bit stretchy so won't be appropriate for these wide stance positions... If the mat you use at home is appropriate and you find it more comfortable then please do use it for the standing exercises as well. Best, Amit
