Pilates Class 350
In this short and somewhat challenging class Amy takes you through a range of exercises that will warm you up and get you moving and then through a number of exercises that are focused on the strength and mobility of the spine. The class follows the “Classical” order and is appropriate to those who feel ready to flow and challenge themselves with the repertoire.

Great class if you have experience in Pilates and nice to see some classic Pilates exercises.
But - I would say this is not a basic class, more like intermediate to advanced. There is no way that someone without experience and basic knowledge of Pilates would be able to do these exercises safely.

Hi Ilze. Thanks for your comment. As you say, this class is for people who practice at a Basic level but are more experienced or happy to "throw themselves into the deep end". I must say though that there is nothing unsafe about this class as long as the person is not practising with injuries!

This felt a higher level than Basic....especially if you have back issues.
