Hatha Yoga Class 1133
This longer practice combines 3 classes by Sophie put together. The class starts with a gentle flowing section that serves as a great warm up- releasing tension in the hips and mobilising the spine to create a sense of freedom in your body. The second part is focused on mobilising your joints and building up strength and stamina in standing poses. The third part is slightly more challenging, taking you through key poses of a sun salutation, a mix of standing poses, seated and supine postures with a focus on opening up the hips. Enjoy
