A lovely quick tutorial to help release the pelvis and feel the “depth and heaviness” in the pelvic muscles with the feedback of the Over Ball. The pelvic muscles tend to accumulate tension as they need to “bridge” between forces coming from the ground in walking, running and other everyday activities and forces from above- carrying the weight of the torso, shoulders and head. Releasing these muscles will make you feel relaxed and will contribute to better functioning of your hip muscles, lower back and beyond. Enjoy these 5 minutes of bliss :)
