Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1017
A 30 minute class sequence with a backbending focus. Warming up the legs and the spine with Vinyasas and then flowing into a sequence of standing postures. Also exploring 1/2 moon and revolved version and catching foot to come up to stand. Crow (Crane), arm balance and backbends on the floor before slowing things down with forward bends and a twist. Can be done on its own or with either the 10 or 20 minute intermediate sequences or both, which will make a more complete class (Class 1024).

Lovely class, great sequence

Hi, this class made me walk tall the whole day and full of energy. Did it first thing in the morning and it made me feel great. Some poses were new to me and needs some improvement on my part. Thank you!

I loved this class! Filled me up with energy, to an extent surprising for a 30-minute class, and relaxed me too. It flows smoothly through familiar poses, but many of them done with a twist I have not experienced before. It was nicely challenging at times, but reassuringly so - when Jeff says it's ok to do things as far as you can go, it really feels it is fully ok :)
