Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1116
This joined up sequence starts with a short breath awareness session, designed to help dismantle held and stuck modes of breathing and to release tension and strain from both body and mind to restore ease and calm. It continues with 4 basic yoga poses that will help you get the optimum out of your body and teach you the essential alignment principles that run throughout all yoga poses. Jean will then guide you through Sun Salutations which are the bed rock of a Vinyasa yoga practice, teaching us how to move with the breath, link poses together and create a fluid mindful breath centered yoga flow.
