Pilates Class 378
Spinal mobilisation class that will make your spine feel freer and stronger in just 10 minutes! The class targets the abdominal, back muscles and oblique muscles which all support and stabilise the spine. This class is relatively gentle but it concludes with a sitting sequence that may be quite challenging if you have tight hamstrings and back (prepare a block or a big book to sit on if necessary).
