Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1108
This class begins with a short pranayama practice of Bhastrika (Bellows Breath) and Kapalabhati (Glowing Mind Breath) to get you going - stoke the inner fire and brighten the mind! It then progresses into a strong practice that focuses on safely preparing the body and mind for the inverted poses of headstand and shoulder stand. You may benefit from using Yoga Blocks and a belt in this class.
