Yoga Nidra Class 1089
This 30 minute yoga nidra practice aids the practitioner in accessing all parts of the brain in a safe, gentle and relaxed environment in order to bring up and resolve unconscious mental, physical and emotional patterns that may be obstructing the expression of the Self. Practice of the beginners’ yoga nidra sessions will increase the efficacy of this intermediate session.

Thank you for your feedback Tiff. Leela’s “sharp” use of her voice is causing this disturbance in parts of the class and sadly there is nothing we can do about it at this stage. When I take her classes I do my best to focus on her words and allow all other noises to just pass by :)

I found it really hard to relax and immerse in this class as there is a clicking sound all the way through
