Ashtanga Beginners Course 6
Class 6 of the Ashtanga Beginners' Course. A recap of the previous lessons, followed by an introduction to the Warrior sequence and backbends. As you work through this practice, remember that we are training to be warriors of light. Don’t forget to breathe and work with an open heart. This class concludes the 6 week course. Once you have memorised the sequence you are ready to move onto the intermediate class.
