Nabhi Kriya is one of the classical sets in Kundalini Yoga. It is a vigorous set. If you wish to make it even more challenging double the times. Here are the timings for advanced and really advanced! The first exercise on video = 5 minutes (10 minutes), 2nd = 2.5 minutes (5 minutes), 3rd (5 minutes), 4th = 7.5 minutes (15 minutes), fifth = 2 minutes (4 minutes) and 6th = 1.5 minutes (3 minutes). You will get very warm during this Kriya!
