Vinyasa Yoga Class 1132
This class will stretch and strengthen your whole body. It quickly dives into Planks to work deep into your abs and upper body as well as the Crow to test your balance. These are followed by Sun Salutes that will give you a good cardio workout and the Elephant pose that works you deep into opening the shoulders. Enjoy :-)
