Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1025
This 80 min class is the combination of 3 shorter classes that were designed by Jeff to come together into a longer practice with focus of binding and twisting. The class starts with a warm up with some twisting and core work, progresses to stretching the legs and then lifting and floating from seated and jumping/hovering and then comes to a challenging peak with lots of standing postures inc ardha chandrasana and twisted variation, garudasana, bound parshvakonasana, and bird of paradise.
