Pilates Class 249
This class is based on the reformer series where we sit right up to the shoulder blocks for feedback on hip placement. Here we use the wall instead. If you are stiff it is a great way to open the spine and shoulders, if you are flexible it highlights if you miss a few spots.

This was great Holly. Can you teach a longer sequence at the wall sometime? Your classes are fantastic, I just wish they were longer in duration.
