Pilates Class 322
In the Advanced work we have many exercises that require supporting the weight of the body on the arms. In this class Cara offers plenty of cues and variations to help improve your technique and strength in that respect, from how the fingers should grab the floor to how your elbow and shoulder should integrate when your whole weight is on just one arm. VERY IMPORTANT- If you are going to attempt the head stand PLEASE do it next to a wall or with the help of a friend to avoid accidents!!!

Cara makes her classes fun with her humour, love the moves but not going to head stands! Can we have more of her classes please.
