Pilates Class 294
A wonderful class to help the upper torso feel more relaxed and in the right position after hours of sitting in front of computer screens or driving around. The exercises are done sitting in a chair and standing against a wall so even if you are in the office- just take a few minutes and start the class at any point… you will feel better even from just a few minutes!! You can use hand weights or small bottles of water in this class.
