Pilates Class 153
This is a rounded class that will work your whole body - front, back and sides in a moderate way. Some of the exercises offer you an opportunity to follow one of two variations (basic and slightly more advanced), so that you can do what is appropriate to you today but also challenge yourself when you are ready for it.
