Pilates Class 216
In this slow-flowing class Anoushka alternates between familiar repertoire and her own creative variations with and without the elastic band. The class is quite challenging but you will have quick moments to rest and recover ;) You would definitely need one elastic band for this class and ideally two if you have a spare one
