This “Reformer on the Mat” class offers you an opportunity to challenge your movement skills in a new and exciting way. Those of you who take Reformer class will recognise many of the movements, but will surely find new challenges within them in the absence of the springs and carriage to support the body. Have fun!

Hi Sharon. Well done for taking on this challenging class!! :) I believe what Amy meant by saying "Lock your toes together" is simply- keep your big toes touching together while doing the running movements... Hope this helps. Amit

Two very talented students!!! Will have to play many times over.not quite sure what Amy meant when she said to interlock toe joints when doing the "running excercise.??? Very enjoyable
