Frustratingly I am unable to do roll downs due to a scoliosis ....please can you recommend a beginners session that would be suitable ?

For the roll down - you can try a softer mat (or placing a thick towel behind your back) and/or using an elastic band to support you (strap around feet and held in both hands...). This might help. I have worked with many people with scoliosis and it can be achieved and enjoyed with the right kind of support :)
Re level of class - please try different classes and see what works for you. I can not recommend without knowing you. sorry.

I seem to return to this class quite often because I like the flow from one exercise to another and because Amit is on his own, there's no stopping to make corrections. Other people have commented on the background music - I like it! Makes it more relaxing for an evening workout!

Really great class! Bit distracted by the sound, how do other people react? Think I prefer a class without. Got used to it and enjoyed the sequence a lot.

I enjoyed the flow in that class and I always like the way you explain an exercise. The one extra thing I'd like - just being super picky - is for you to say how many repetitions we are doing of each exercise. It means I then don't need to look at the screen as much and can just rely on your commentary.

As for the number of reps - I am afraid I do not say it on purpose... (personal preference). Please don't feel you need to look at the screen, just follow the verbal instructions and you'll be just fine! :)

A little fast for a newbie intermediate like myself, and some of the camera angles did not capture the shape the back was supposed to be so I got a little confused, but a nice workout with different movements than in other videos. Thanks!

Oh my goodness! I so enjoyed this class, really great, thank you! Your instruction works well and you've added in some different exercises which we do a version of in the reformer classes, so it was good to you h base with those again! I like this! I have neck issues so I don’t do rollovers; I have a shoulder issue so I don’t do
