Vinyasa Flow Class 1305
A strong, flowing, whole-body class (with many unfamiliar transitions between poses). The sequence moves between different themes all the while exploring the idea of “contracting and expanding” from different angles. If you have Yoga props please have them nearby and use them as you wish or used to.
