Not comfortable sitting back on my heels at the end at the minute though.

What a lovely class. I suffer from hip and shoulder pain and this was a lovely class to get moving first thing in the morning. Little trouble tilting my pelvis when lying face down, will definitely repeat. Thanks Cathy
