Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1309
The class develops balance sequences, testing the edge, yet safely and with humour ;o) Most of the balances are in standing postures but Liz throws a Handstand in as one of the peak poses, so if you need a wall for support make sure it is clear and ready nearby (or if you can practice in the garden or a park)
