Ashtanga Yoga Class 1188
The first part of this practice consists of the Sun Salutations and standing asanas in the usual Ashtanga order. This is followed by 15 min of seated poses and the full wheel.

Good class. Just an idea: any class where we build up progressively to the wheel. I am progressing but still struggle with that one.Thanks

Hi Martine. Glad you enjoyed the class. You might want to try the below class to help open up your body for the wheel. It is classified as Advance but I think you will be fine. Hope this helps, Amit
