Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1196
This class moves to body in the sagittal (front to back) plane to open up the spine, hips, arms and legs in preparation for the full back bend variations. Backbends are powerful postures that need to be practiced with care and respect to the body so if you feel anything is too much, simply back off a little. Enjoy the practice :-)
