Pilates Class 403
This is a standing class that starts with simple arm and upper body exercises but soon progresses to engage the whole body. Michael choreographed short routines that challenge the strength of the upper and lower body and at the same time challenges (and improves) balance. You would need to a light elastic band that is ideally tied at both ends- creating loops you can put your hands through.
