Pilates Class 400
This class is all about strengthening and mobilizing the hands and feet - but you are very likely to feel the whole arm and leg working... The exercises look simple but actually they are quite challenging! If you have an elastic band please grab it before you start; if not, you'll still benefit a lot from the class!
