Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1120
This long class is a combination of 3 shorter classes, all revolving around the Warrior poses. The class builds up gradually through cat poses, creative warm ups, hip stretches and low lunge. Liz then weaves twists into the practice to begin to energize and free the spine, forming a foundation for the rest of the class. The second part of the class takes the grounding and energising Warrior Poses further with Twists and Side angles, to strengthen and lengthen the sides of the body and cultivate balance between the left (lunar, feminine) and right (solar, masculine) aspect of ourselves
