Pilates Class 355
A full length Intermediate level class that starts and finishes with standing exercises. At the beginning Amy takes you through a relatively simple sequence that creates awareness and strength in your feet and legs and at the end she adds more dimensions to it by using the hand weights and some lunges. A challenging and fun class. Enjoy :-)
