Ashtanga Yoga Class 1070
A modified short-form of the Ashtanga series with a deeper focus on breath awareness and alignment. The class covers the more advanced variations of Sun Salutation A and B, Seated Forward Bend and Twisting and the Boat (Navasana) pose. It also demonstrates the advance variations to the Vinyasa.
