Ashtanga Yoga Class 1030
Class 5 of the Ashtanga Beginners' Course. A recap of the previous lessons, followed by an introduction to balance postures. Balance can vary from day to day, so remember to be patient. You may need a strap to hold your foot up in the straight legged balance, and please modify lotus if you feel any pain in your knees. As before, repeat until you have memorised the sequence, then move onto lesson six.
