Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1024
This 75 min class is the combination of 3 shorter classes that were designed by Jeff to come together into a longer practice with a back-bending focus. The sequence starts by preparing the body for back bends; it then starts flowing with the breath and progressing into warming up the legs and the spine with vinyasas and flowing into a sequence of standing postures.
