Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1042
This class will take you through standing postures combined with twists, an arm balance and peak with the Eagle Pose in the headstand. Cycling through warrior and lunges with shoulder openers and core strengthening will prepare you for these more intense postures. To close the class a backbend and twist will balance your body and brain in preparation for relaxation
