Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class 1041
This class is designed to create more awareness and freedom in the shoulders and lower back. It opens with another Mudra (hand gesture) that symbolises the Eagle and is then becoming playful with new variations of Virabhadrasana 1 (Warrior 1) and lunges in a creative Namaskar that leads to an interesting and unusual intensification of Ardha Purvottanasana (Table top).
