Pink Ribbon Bridge Class 374
LAT FLAP RECONSTRUCTION EXTRA CHALLENGE - 20 minutes - This class is focused on strengthening and mobilizing the arm and shoulder blade muscles and improving the stabilization of the shoulder blades area. This class is a bit more intense than class 373, offering more resistance as well as some core and pelvic stability variations. If you don’t have a fitness ball try to do the first exercise (with the ball…) on hands and knees- lifting just one arm at a time, or sit in a chair- leaning forward at about 45 degrees angle and lift both arms.
