In this class Michael goes right into business... After a short warm up you will dive into the challenging moves and will have to stick with it for a while. This class is great for hip strength and mobility- alternating between working and stretching the front, side and back of the hip.

Hi Lana. I looked at the class again and can see 2 places where the wrists are being used for weight bearing. The first place around 4 minutes- you can modify by turning your hands (fingers) to face outwards OR make a fist. The second place around 15 minutes can be modified by leaning on the elbow (forearm) instead of the wrist.I hope this will help you enjoy the class more and do it without pain or discomfort. Not a huge fan. A lot of pressure on wrists.

Nice variations, quite challenging. I feel it will take some practice but difficult to know whether position is correct without feedback from instructor.
