Pilates Class 235
A short class appropriate for the second and third trimesters as well as the period after you have given birth. The class is done standing with your back against the wall, so make sure to clear enough wall space for that… The standing position together with instructions on how to hold your pelvis and spine will develop strength in your legs and abdominals and the movements themselves will improve the mobility and strength of your upper body. Prepare 2 small weights or 2 bottles of water (half liter) for this class if you can or do it without the weights… equally good for you :-)
