If you feel it is time to challenge yourself then try this class. the class will take you through quite a few abdominal exercises as well as the not so simple Swimming and Teaser.
Thank you for a nice class Amit. The cues and reminders to the attention to core were great. Also liked the pace. Pilates done too quickly loses it's potency in my opinion. All the excercises were true to Pilates, although personally I would love to see some variation from this to keep things interesting! You are a very good instructor!
