Thank you Nathan, this was a perfect class for a quick lunchbreak session! I have arthritis so have weak wrists so wasn't able to do the lift so if there are any alternatives to that, that'd be great - I went up on my elbows instead for a small lift : )

Lovely class, it was challenging but flowed well and I loved the last few roll downs, a relaxing finish. The roll downs gave me a head rush - best to have breakfast first!
