I found I had to engage my core to cope with balance demands especially the side moves in 4 point kneeling, so this was a great work out for me with some new moves that I enjoyed. Clear instructions. Thank you.

Lots of useful back articulation and good shoulder bridge. N

Great class, tough on the abs!! Very clear instructions which made it easier when lying on the floor

Wonderful flowing class, with some lovely variation on the shoulder bridge. As a pilates teacher I would say it is most definitley an intermediate class!

Thank you, Lois, for your kind feedback. To me, Pilates is working from the inside out. Even some of the basic exercises can be challenging. I hope you will continue to enjoy the classes. There is more on the way. Anoushka

Thank you for your feedback Rose-Marie. I notice that you wrote about how the class "looks", not how it feels. I guess there are a variety of ways to define 'Intermediate', and there are technically demanding parts of this class (some of the side work, swimming, rowing...) that I wouldn't consider teaching to a beginner.
I'd be interested to hear what you think of some of the other PilatesOD Intermediate classes.

As a Pilates teacher this looks more like a beginners class to me.
