Pilates Class 437
A simple class that is focused on the upper body - trunk, arms and shoulders - mobilising and strengthening in all directions of movement. The class is done seated in a chair, holding to a small ball (but you can probably do the class without the ball if you don’t have one). Alan also suggests placing a pillow or a folded towel between the thighs to help with alignment and stability.

I did this class on a stability ball. Great for equestrians.

What an excellent chair-based class with very clear visualisations and instructions. Thanks.
