Thanks Amit, great session. Alan first explained that breathing into your back to me many, many years ago when I was lucky enough to visit his studio, and nobody' else has said anything like that. I seem to recall he described it as breathing into your kidneys, but perhaps I'm remembering it wrong. Anyway, a great way to think of it.
