This is a wonderful class that focuses on all the twists we can find in the first part of the Pilates “Classical” Mat sequence. Learn how twisting and rotating well will help you overcome upper body tension, short breath pattern, restrictions in forward and backward bending and even organ function! Sounds good right?

Absolutely LOVED this class! I’m so stiff in my back and around my shoulders and these exercises really loosened me up., whilst also providing a suitable amount of challenge for an early morning workout. Thank you so much Siobhan, added to my favourites xx
